What is Earthrise One? +

Earthrise One is an interactive immersive experience, or escape room. Your team of 2-6 adventurers will enter the world of Starlight Industries, a space research company. Your mission is to fix their space station 'Earthrise One' – and potentially discover and solve a mystery while you're there. You and your team will need to harness your problem solving and deduction skills to survive this space expedition.

How long is the experience? +

You will have 1 hour on-board the space station before the shuttle returns to Earth, with or without you. Your total time on site may be up to 80 minutes including briefing and post experience chats.

What's the perfect group size? +

Earthrise One has been meticulously designed to scale in difficulty with group size. For maximum enjoyment however, our recommended group size is 5.

Is there an age restriction? +

Due to the complexity of the world and mature story elements, you must be 15 or over to experience Earthrise One without supervision. Players under 15 must have an adult with them to sign a waiver on their behalf.

Are there any content warnings or physical hazards in this experience? +

Earthrise One is an immersive sci-fi thriller. There are mild horror elements, but it is not intended to be terrifying. During your experience you may be exposed to fog, bright flashing lights, darkness, loud noises and/or confined spaces. Please contact us if you have any queries about specific concerns.

Can I get a refund or reschedule my session? +

If you need to reschedule or cancel your session 48 hours or more prior to your booking time, please send us an email and we'll help arrange it for you. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or rescheduling less than 48 hours prior to your session time due to staffing limitations.

What if I'm running late? +

Earthrise One is a live ticketed event, and as such your session will start at the time you've booked your ticket for – so please make sure you arrive on time to get the most out of your experience. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session will be cancelled without a refund.

What should I bring? What should I wear? +

Please come wearing comfortable clothing. High heels are not permitted in space, as they may puncture the launch shuttle, causing you and your team mates to be exposed to the perils of space. You don't need to bring anything with you – just an adventurous spirit. Spaceship operation skills are optional.

How do I get there? Is there parking at the venue? +

We recommend taking public transport to the venue, as there is a huge array of options available. We are located at Level 1, 133 Church Street, Richmond. Earthrise One is right next to the 78 tram stop, or alternatively a 5 to 15 minute walk from the 75, 48, 109 and 12 tram stops, as well as West Richmond and North Richmond station. Free 2 hour street parking is available nearby for those arriving by car.

Will there be a place I can leave my personal belongings? +

Your belongings remain in your private waiting room until you are ready to leave.
