  • Earthrise One is the home of 2 interactive immersive experiences, also known as escape rooms: Earthrise One, and Star Crew. Your team of 2-6 adventurers will enter into another world where you will need to harness your problem solving, communication, and teamwork, to succeed.

  • Allow for up to 80 minutes for your experience, including the briefing and photos afterwards!

  • Earthrise One has been thoughtfully designed to scale in difficulty with group sizes of 2 to 6. For maximum enjoyment however, our recommended group size is 5.

  • Additional crew members can be added up to a maximum of 6 people per group. We can process payment on site.

  • Due to the complexity of the world and mature story elements, you must be 15 or over to experience Earthrise One without supervision. Players under 15 must have an adult with them to sign a waiver on their behalf.

  • The game involves reading text and listening to dialogue in English. You do not have to be fluent in English, but we recommend an IELTS band score of 6 or higher to fully enjoy the experience. (If you understand this website without assistance, you'll be fine.)

  • The only physical barrier to play is the flight of stairs at our entrance. Sadly, the building does not accomodate wheelchair access to our floor.

  • During your experience you may be exposed to fog, bright flashing lights, darkness, loud noises and/or confined spaces. Please contact us if you have any queries about specific concerns.

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel your session 48 hours or more prior to your booking time, please send us an email and we'll help arrange it for you. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or rescheduling less than 48 hours prior to your session time due to staffing limitations.

  • Your session will start at the time you've booked your ticket for – so please make sure you arrive on time to get the most out of your experience. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session will be cancelled without a refund.

  • Please come wearing comfortable clothing. High heels are not permitted in space, as they may puncture the launch shuttle, causing you and your team mates to be exposed to the perils of space. You don't need to bring anything with you – just an adventurous spirit. Anything you do bring can be securely stored until you are ready to leave.

  • We recommend taking public transport to the venue, as there is a huge array of options available. We are located at Level 1, 133 Church Street, Richmond. Earthrise One is right next to the 78 tram stop, or alternatively a 5 to 15 minute walk from the 75, 48, 109 and 12 tram stops, as well as West Richmond and North Richmond station. Free 2 hour street parking is available nearby for those arriving by car.
